Our Mission

Pray

We make prayer the basis of every ministry and encourage communion with God as the way we grow to spiritual maturity in Him.

Preach

We emphasize the original Pentecostal doctrines of salvation, sanctification, and the baptism of the Holy Spirit, continually striving to develop fully committed disciples of Jesus Christ.

Publish

We publish the Gospel through the written word, the spoken word, and through our personal lives, daily looking for opportunities to spread the message, “Ye must be born again.”

Our Motto

Our motto is the Biblical mandate that has faced believers since the dawn of the church “Earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints ” (Jude 3).

ABOUT US

We are a bible-believing church, devoted to upholding the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our focus is to worship God through music, share and be encouraged by testimonies of God’s work in our lives today as well as to offer and listen to useful, significant bible-based sermons.

Who We Are

The Apostolic Faith Church International headquarters is located in Portland Oregon (USA) and founded by Florence Crawford, who was filled with the Holy Spirit at the Azusa Revival which took place in Los Angeles, California in 1906.

She moved to Portland, Oregon in 1908 and established this ministry. Her selfless efforts to spread the gospel through God’s faithfulness, grace and mercies has led the ministry to grow into hundreds of churches on six continents.

We believe the entire Bible is God’s infallible Word and uphold the ultimate teachings of New Testament faith. Find out more about us here…

STEPS TO DELIVERANCE

How to be saved

  • 1. Acknowledge

Admit that you have sinned and need God’s help!

“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23)

“God be merciful to me a sinner” (Luke 18:13)

  • 2. Confess and Repent

Be genuinely sorry for the sins you have committed and ask God to forgive you.
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9)

“Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3)

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out” (Acts 3:19)

  • 3. Forsake

Determine that with God’s help you are going to turn away from all sin in your life.

“Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon”

    (Isaiah 55:7)

  • 4. Believe

When you have honestly and sincerely taken the steps above, then believe that God will hear your prayer and save you.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16)

  • 5. Receive

God will let you know that the work is done in your heart.

“The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God”

    (Romans 8:16)
